Recipe
- Put ingredients butter, sugar, milk powder into mixer and stir them thoroughly, then add ingredients egg and aroma, slowly and mix them evenly until the mixture has a bigger volume. Then mix ingredients bread flour, cake flour and CPT together with the mixture thoroughly.
- Pipe the mixture into cookie shapes and decorate with Hotfil on the top.
- Baking temperature: top at 180℃, bottom at 160℃.
