Apple Satin Pie

Tegral Satin Cream Cake 400g
Aristo All Purpose 200g
Egg 100g
Egg white 100g
Puratos Topfil apple 50g
Total weight 850g

Recipe

  1. Mix egg white, egg, and satin cream cake in middle speed for 2 minutes, and then add the boiled Aristo into the paste and mix evenly.
  2. Pour the paste to the pie mould and fill with Topfil Apple.
  3. Baking: Top at 200℃ Bottom at 200℃ about 22 minutes.
