Coldfil Cake

Recipe
Cake making method:
- Mix the egg and sugar at middle speed in 1 minute; and then sieve the cake flour, CPT stabil and baking powder and mix all in low speed until evenly; later put the Pronto into the mixture and stir them at high speed in 2 minutes; latest we will add the Aristo all purpose by several times until thoroughly.
- Take out 300g paste from above mixture and mix with 200g LF Coldfil, ready for use.
- Pipe the paste into the cake mould (only half of the mould), and then pipe the filling by stripe into the cake mould.
- Baking temperature: top at 190℃, bottom at 180℃, about 20 minutes.
