  1. Mixing: 2'L   4'H
  2. Dough temperature: 28℃
  3. First fermentation: 30min 
  4. Rest: 15min
  5. Fill the filling in the dough and pipe with topping (Mix all the ingredients)
  6. Proofing time: 90min (70%  35℃)
  7. Baking time: 13min
  8. Baking temperature: top at: 190℃  bottom at: 180℃
