Recipe

Bread working method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients until well development.  3 minutes at low speed, 5 minutes at high speed, dough temperature is 28℃.
  2. First fermentation: 20 minutes; Divide, scale, mould round and rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough and final proof: 100 minutes, temperature is 35℃; humidity is 75-80%.
  4. Baking temperature: top at 200℃, bottom at 180℃.     

Decoration: 

  • Stir the butter and sugar until whipped, and then add the egg for several times and mix evenly, put the salt, Easy veggie and cake in it and mix well, last is water and ready for use.  Press them on the top of the dough before baking.
