Standard recipe
Tegral for Reduced Fat Cake 1000g
Oil 60g
Water 220g
Eggs 350g
- Mix all ingredients together with a pallet knife, at medium speed, for 2-3 min. (depending on the quantity).
- Scrape down the bowl and start to fill up the baking moulds.
- Note that cake batter has to be reduced by 4% compared with a complete Tegral Satin Creme Cake preparation.
- Baking is the same as for a traditional cake batter.
