Puratos in the 8th China International Trade Fair For Bakery & Confectionery
In the 8th China International Trade Fair For Bakery & Confectionery which was held in Shanghai Guang Da Exhibition Center from May 17-19, Guangzhou Puratos Food Co. Ltd. presented its new corporate identity to the industry. In the booth of around 200 square meters, Puratos China introduced its new products, concepts and technologies which expressed its positioning: reliable partners in innovation. The splendid demonstrations of different famous demonstrators attracted many bakery fans and operators.
Benny, Puratos' international Technical Advisor for bakery demonstrated the making of a range of new European bread and soft bread. Having done demonstrations in different areas of China for the recent years, Benny is well known among many Chinese bakers. In the exhibition, his excellent performance won again his fans' admiration.
Frederic, who is also from Belgium and now the Senior Manager "La Chocolaterie" of Puratos Japan concentrated on the demonstration of different kinds of chocolate. Frederic has won many awards in the international competition. This is his first time to China. His wonderful demonstration led the fascinated visitors into the fabulous chocolate world.
